Michael O'Sullivan with Rite Way Tansport was excellent. His communication to me was superior. His communication to the dealership in which my car was to be picked up was excellent. In fact, that dealership (Orland Toyota) now promotes Rite Way and Michael O'Sullivan. Michael's dedication to get a pickup quick (compared to some other transport companies that I had to release) was fantastic. He did in 12-18 hours what one company could not do in 3 days! I love the fact thet he communicated very well with the dealership that my vehicle was located and his continued communication with me during and after the delivery. I also appreciated Michael's willingness to be honest and his desire to help me understand the transport industry. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael and Rite Way to anyone and I will use them in the event I need a vehicle transported in the future!
