Mr Scherr was one of two different company representatives to contact me directly by phone after an online quote request. After a day or so he was the only rep from any company to pursue my business. He actually made us feel like we were doing him a favor by using his company.Mr Scherr was in contact with us from day 1 until our car was loaded and on the way, then followed up after delivery to ensure everything went according to plan. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future. To my surprise, the carrier that came was an enclosed carrier and not open. Most other companies listed enclosed carriers as optional at a premium price. This company gets my 5 STAR rating!
