The most satisfactory dealing with Rite Way was with Cheryl. She was courteous, pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful whenever I dealt with her. The least satisfactory part was the length of time it took for my car to be picked up. After signing the contract, it took a long time - 11 days - for the car to be picked up. This was a greate disappointment to me because I had to make alternate arrangements to have the car picked up during my absence (I was moving out of state). The price for transporting the car was average; it was delivered 4 days afterthe late pickup, and the driver stayed in excellent contact with me while on the road.
