This customer was told by Ambela who is a terrific carrier that they would be in San Fransisco in 5 to 6 days maybe sooner. They got there in 4 they called him and texted him for a day and a half. I also did them same. He never responded. The plane ride was 7 to 8 hrs not a day and a half. They had to leave the area so they put his cars in a terminal and asked for his credit card which he provided and his cars were then released to him. NO GAS was removed as the car was not driven by the carrier. I sincerely believe the customers inability to understand english fully was his problem that's why his girlfriend wrote the letter. Everything was above board and communicated to him in a timely and professional manner. I do feel bad he had to go through this but he brought this on himself by ignoring texts and phone messages.Our perfect history and good reveiws speak volumns!
