We were planning to drive our car to the west coast, so the concept of shipping our car to the West coast was a radical idea (especially for me) because of the unknown and a worry and concern for us.

But from our first call Jeff Lassen - his team made us feel comfortable and (he/they) outlined the process so that it was easy to understand each step of the way.

Our experience with RiteWay was very comfortable and professional. Each contact was thoughtful and the communications clear and concise. More importantly the service and attention to detail meet or exceeded our expectation.

The total experience was friendly and professional. We will definitely recommend RiteWay to friends and we look forward to using your terrific service again on our return east and again next fall.
