I would like to thank you for handling my transport so professionaly. I was expecting this to be just another problem and everything went so incredably smoothly. My contact was David Hartigan, he was pleasent, friendly and knew every bit of information that I needed without hasitation. I had absolutly no problems with the pick up or with the drop off of my Mustang. I was really worried about it and you all took care of everything. I don't usually complete customer service surveys but my contact (Mr. Hartigan) and Rite Way took such good care of me personally and with my car, I desided to share my experience.
