Good news: car arrived on time, as scheduled, and in good condition. Bad news: service could have been better.
1. Pick up was suposed to be at my home in Virginia, but it was not. My wife had to call a friend to help her drop off the car at a location convenient to the carrier. 2. I was not informed when my vehicle boarded a ship, despite a promise to do so. Riteway then asked me to direct all calls to Matson, the shipper, who continued to point me to Riteway. Very frustrating. 3. Most importantly, I was NEVER told that my car was available for pick up. I found out that it was available myself.
