Part 1 Move:
I am very satisfied with how my shipment was handled. Driver picks up my shipment on time and delivers on time as well. He was available on the cell, so I could talk to him and receive update on time of delivery.

Part 2 Quote:
Quote process was quick; it took Chuck only few hours to get back to me. My shipment was 24 foot long, so it was not a typical automobile move. I did not appreciate the change in price from original quote. I confirmed the quote on Friday Jun 24th, I received phone call from Chuck on Wednesday Jun 29th informing me they can move my shipment but will cost me $266 more from my original quote, but they moved fast and my shipment was pick up next day so it saved me some money on the storage.
