They were trying to get me the cheapest price by staying in close contact with me and adjusting the price. I had some special circumstances in terms of timing and location of pick up, but they worked hard to accomodate all my needs. due to the fine tuning of the price the pick up was little later than expected, but it was all good.
Jason always returned my calls/emails promptly and helped me through the complicated process of shipping my car.
When I need to transport my car again, I will definitely give him a call.
