We take no pleasure in a customer being unhappy with our service and are surprised by this review. After previous companies failed to get her car moved, we came through for her! She is obviously and unfairly painting every company in this industry with a broad stroke. We put alot of effort into accomplishing this difficult move and despite what she says, she was fully apprised of all arrangements made and gave her approval of same.
