We strive to satify every customer, regardless of the service level chosen. This review is clearly undeserved and ms. serrano has indeed identified herself. She had a bad experience prior to contracting the services of Riley Auto transport and terminated said contract after only five days. We worked on her behalf and she did agree to the early termination fee, which she now complains about. We regret that she feels this way, but she is absolutely mistaken in all of her stated facts!
