Overall, the service was fine. We picked the lowest cost package which said the car would be picked up 8-10 days later. It was picked up about 13 days after we gave the deposit. For us it wasn't an issue because we were not in a rush. We were also told that we would have a 24 hour notice as to when the car would be picked up and we had about 6 hours. The COD was also 50 dollars more than the original quote. The car arrived fine and everyone was nice.
