I dropped the vehicle off at their Canton, Mi headquarters. They thourghly inspected the vehicle noteing every little detail. They then moved the unit into their warehouse waiting to complete a load for shipment. I was notified 24 hours in advance of delivery. The vehicle arrived without any issue and the driver ( Joe) was both polite and professional.

I did shop around for other carriers some of which were a few hundred cheaper. However, they are all brokers. I much prefer dealing direct with the transport company that is shipping the vehicle. I also know that this carrier manages vehicle shipments for such companies as Porsche and Audi. I will continue using them in the future.
