Slow delivery and poor communication

I arranged for Reliable Carriers to pick my car up in Salt Lake City beginning 9/30 and take it to Georgia for $1,720. There were cheaper alternatives, but I wanted the job done well and on time. More than two weeks after the car was to be picked up I called Larry at Reliable to see why it had not been picked up. He never returned two separate calls. I then called Dave the Operations Manager, who did return my call, and promised me the car would be picked up right away. When more than a week passed (by then more than three weeks past when the car was available) and I did not hear from Dave I called him again. He has yet to return my call and we are at the 36 day mark since the car was available to be picked up.

I know it was picked up, apparently last Friday, but only because a friend told me it had been picked up. I still have not heard from Relaible and it is now Tuesday, four days after pick up. I have no idea when it will be delivered or in what condition. But you can be sure they will want all of their $1,720 for what is in my opinion a very poor job and very poor communication.

I have shipped a lot of cars, mostly with good service. This is the worst I have ever had and I will not use them again.
