I had booked a one-way flight to NYC but my original shipper (who had quoted me $650) was not returning calls and had completely flaked. Valerie at Reliable answered my urgent request for a quote late Friday afternoon, completely understood my situation, and went out of my way both to reassure me and to get the car shipped as promptly as possible. Her expertise and the level of information she conveyed were incredible - even on Friday night and over the weekend, she answered and returned calls always right away, and followed up repeatedly at the slightest sign of any problem with the shipper she lined up (who initially had me a bit worried but ended up being totally fine). Yes, I paid more than the original broker said they were going to charge me, but that broker flaked on me *completely*, and it was still below a number of quotes. Most importantly, I really felt she was working overtime to make it happen and really cared about trying to help me out of this bad situation (where I had to leave my car temporarily in St. Louis with a colleague), and I couldn't have asked for a more conscientious broker. I would go to Valerie again, and recommend her to everyone I know, ***without hesitation***, and I know reputation matters a lot to this company - they take real pride in the comments they receive on this site and want their customers to be happy enough to recommend them to others. I honestly can't think of the last time I received this level of service from anyone in any industry. Oh yeah, and although it arrived a day after initially scheduled due to a snafu with some other delivery, the shipper was still pretty quick (and Valerie was following the whole situation closely). Could not have been in better hands.
