Do not use Mike/Michael Prestia, he is a joke! I was new to shipping my car and got Mike. At the start of doing business with him it was great, easy to get in contact with. But once I gave him the $150 deposit I never heard from him. I called several times to ask question about when my car would be picked up but no answer. So I canceled the C.C. payment and called to let him know…..once again no answer. I did leave him a message letting him know what I did. I got a call back 2 seconds later with him cussing me out trying to bully me in to reversing the payment. I have never been called the words that he called me, most of which were homophobic and sexual references. He uses several different names variations for RELIABLETRANSPORTATION and about 3 or 4 numbers he calls from the website WWW.RELIABLEWWAUTOTRANSPORT.COM cannot be found if you don’t click the link he sends you! Save yourself the time and don’t use Mike Prestia!
