Terrible Experience! Would not surprise me if this company is not in business a year from now. My car never got delivered and I ended up cancelling the order. Even now, two weeks later I still have not received my refund. Called the company multiple times. VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE! I got a hold of an actual person 1 out of 8 times of trying to call the company.
Bottom line is:
Terrible Service.
Empty Promises.
No Refund.
No Call Back.
GIVE ME MONEY BACK PLEASE!
The only bright spot is Philip at x108. The only person who was helpful. Sorry your company and most of the people who work there are incompetent. He is a sales rep by the way and does not work in customer service.
