I recommend not using this company if you are on a tight schedule. I am in the military and on a tight schedule and they guaranteed that my car would be shipped between Monday and Wednesday, which was great as I leave on Thursday for my new duty station. I received a call late Tuesday saying I had not been assigned a carrier and there was a shortage of drivers causing a backup of pickups. After talking with customer service they said they would try everything they could to get a carrier on Wednesday. As of Wednesday...still nothing...I made dozens of phone calls and could not get a hold of anyone, anywhere in the office. Finally someone returned my call and continued to apologize for the 'inconvenience' and they would make me ‘priority’ because of my situation. I waited and called again, and after the 20th call, I finally got a hold of customer service to find out as of late Wednesday there was still no carrier assigned. I immediately cancelled my order and went with a different shipping company that was able to handle my request that same day. Overall the customer service was horrendous and this company did not follow through on their end.
