Hello Brian. We are very sorry for the issues you experienced with the driver at loading and we have address those and apologize for the inconvenience the pickup experience caused you. Please keep in mind, the interior of the vehicle is not inspected at any time during the transport. Due to that, we cannot confirm the pre-move condition of the interior of your 2002 Lexus. The Load Agreement you signed prior to transit explains that interior claims are not covered under carrier liability. We have also been unable to find any evidence to support the claim that someone transport or put any animal, including a dog, inside your vehicle at any time during the transit. The pictures of the damage claimed appear to reflect normal wear and tear based on the age of the vehicle. There is no indication of claw or bite marks from any animal. We are very sorry that you are dissatisfied with the transit of your vehicle and the outcome of your claim. We are unfortunately unable to honor your claim based on the evidence available to us.
