People who post here are usually paid to post or have something bad to say. Most people who get the proper service in a timely manner don't feel the need to post a super positive post on a review site. With that being said- Reindeer has been in business for a little less than 2 decades. I have been hauling for them for about 10 years. They have a very knowledgeable staff. They have strict internal rules and regulations that they follow to the letter. As a transporter, these rules are a real pain to follow. they call constantly with questions that seem trivial to transporters. However, these questions in turn are tools they use to update the customer / client in an accurate and efficient manner. You get used to it after a while.
How long a company has been in business is a very good gauge of character in this business.
To me they are rated A+.
