My BMW was offloaded with scrape damage underneath. Visable damage from where it was dragged and broke loose and severed 2 wires/cables. This damage was not there when they picked up the vehicle. The mechanic I brought it too said it was pretty obvious that it occurred while offloading the vehicle. Reindeer denied the claim. They stated that the claim was not reported within 24 hours. It has been my experience that one should stay away from companies who pull "technicals" like this. This was a corporate relocation. As a result, I am going to do everything I can to ensure my company does not use their services again. The claim was only $360. Nice call Reindeer.
