Cheryl was absolutely amazing, more than helpful and extremely nice with helping me out in my situation. Everything she did was pretty instantaneous which was less than I could say with the two previous shipping companies I had tried to do business with the previous week. She was extremely communicative and really spelled out the whole process for me loud and clear. Almost felt as if my best friend who called everyday to see how things were going and how I was feeling and handling it all.
