It was a pleasure to deal with Jennifer. She was very responsive to my needs and always returned my calls in a timely manner. I never had the need to transport a car before so had a real battery of questions. She answered them all patiently and completely. Never did I feel she was frustrated with my lack of knowledge on the issue. Yet I am sure many of my questions had her rolling her eyes.
I would certainly call her again if I found myself in a similar situation.
