After doing some research, I chose Red Carpet based on all their great reviews. I was told the first time I called, the average pickup time is around 7 days. It took two weeks for my car to be picked up and an additional $150.00 from my original quote. My contact person did keep me informed and did respond quickly to my calls. Once my car was picked up, it arrived quickly and with no damage. Overall, I can not say I was completely unhappy with their service but I would not say it was excellent.
