The entire process was easy and professional. Cheryl kept me informed at each step of the way. I would highly recommend this company. True, in order to get a small rebate I "have to" submit this review but I do NOT need to lie and I wouldn't just to get the small rebate. If other companies incented me to write reviews I'd write more reviews. I also believe knowing people will be likely to write a review keeps these reps on their toes throughout.
