My family and I moved from Virginia to Oregon, and wanted to have our car transported via truck vs. us driving it across country. I cannot tell you how many different brokers we researched! After searching their reviews/websites/word of mouth we came up with about five different brokers, all with great qualities that we were interested in. However, after calling & interviewing each one of them, the only company that stood out was Red Carpet. Our personal representative was SO nice, friendly and answered ALL of our many questions without hesitation, and knew what she was talking about. We also really liked that the company is a part of the BBB, (be careful, there are SO many sketchy companies out there!) and has excellent reviews on this site. One of our favorite aspects of working with them is the fact that we got our own personal representative and never spoke to anyone else. She knew my husband and I by our first names when we called (we werent just another number so to speak) and she was always on top of the ball with finding the perfect carrier for us. We ended up getting our vehicle a day EARLY and in great condition minus it being dirty (thats what you get for having an open carrier!:)) Anyway, I very highly recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport (AND Heather Richardson) if you want to speak with someone personally where you will be respected, and your needs put first! We never worried about our car, or about the hands it was in. Seriously, save yourself the time of researching, cause i did it for you! Good luck!
