This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle and I was extremely surprised and happy that this went exactly as Tonya said it. She was very informative as to why I should use Red Carpet, directed me to a website that verified her comments, and then kept me informed on each step of the process. I was shipping my daughter's car back from college and because this went so very smoothly I will ship it back at the end of the summer. The driver arrived on the day he promised to pick the car up and the car was delivered a day early but just at the time the driver said he would be here. I could not be happier with my experience both with Tonya and the actual transporter.
