I had a great experience with Red Carpet. Kristi Smith was my point of contact. She was very friendly and helpful. Any questions I had about the delivery of my vehicle was answered promptly. Kristi was easy to contact either by phone or via email. Any updated information about transportion was delivered quickly. It only took 1 day to get my vehicle delivered, and upon inspection there was no damage the occured during delivery. Also after the delivery of the vehicle, Kristi followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my overall experience. Price was right, customer service was excellent, and delivery was fast. If I ever need another vehicle transported, I will definately choose Red Carpet again.
