This is a tough review for me since I had a very mixed experience with the whole shipping process. Heather and Red Carpet were absolutely OUTSTANDING throughout the entire process but I almost feel like she should (and could) be knocked down a star just because the actual dispatch service she chose, Skyline Express, was AWFUL in every part of the process (communication, handling, customer service, etc). But in the end this review is just about Heather and she more than made up for the poor service of Skyline with her excellent customer service, quick communication and honest responses to my questions (since I was completely new to the process). In fact I'm pretty sure she was actually even more furious with Skyline than I was! I would highly recommend Heather and Red Carpet for anyone and am infinitely glad she was there to make a difficult moving process far easier than it should have been.
