This transaction was handled very professionally. Jennifer was very courteous and helpful. I had not shipeed a car before so the process was new, and she took the time to make sure I understood how it would work and answered all my questions. She immediately dispatched the shipping request and was keeping me updated in a very timely fashion. When it came time to ship the car, she gave me very explicit directions on how it would take place and what I needed to do. She also gave me the dirvers contact information so I could communicate directly with him if needed. My expectations were exceeded, as I was a little nervous about shipping a $40K vehicle with someone whom I did not know. Jennifer was very good at putting me at ease with the process and that it was a very good processs and pecautions are taken to get the very best drivers. I was extemely plesaed with the transaciton andJennifers follow up after the car had been delivered. Thanks.
