OVerall my experience with Red carpet was fantastic, but for some reason the driver stated that he could not get within 12 miles of my drop off location which was ridiculous. I pushed them on it and the driver would not budge.

Note: within three blocks of my location is a major truck servicing center, which he could have dropped off at.
