THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE EVER HAD TO SHIP A VEHICLE AND I WAS A LITTLE HESITANT BECAUSE OF ALL THE TRUCKING COMPANIES WHO HAVE BAD REPUTATIONS. I RECEIVED SEVERAL PHONE CALLS FROM DIFFERENT SHIPPING COMPANIES AND RED CARPET STOOD OUT FROM THE REST. HEATHER RICHARDSON WAS VERY CALM AND NOT AGGRESSIVE WITH TRYING TO OBTAIN MY BUSINESS. HEATHER WAS VERY HONEST AND STRAIGHT FORWARD AND EDUCATED ME ABOUT RED CARPETS 5 STAR REPUTATION. I SIMPLY FELT COMFORTABLE WITH HEATHER AND TRUSTED HER WITH SHIPPING MY VEHICLE. HEATHER CALLED ME WITHIN ONE HOUR OF INITIALLY SPEAKING WITH HER TO TELL ME SHE HAD A TRUCK AVAILABLE. I WAS EXTREMELY HAPPY BECAUSE I WAS EXPECTING TO HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST UP TO A WEEK. HEATHER ADVISED ME OF THE DELIVERY DATE IN WHICH THE TRUCKING COMPANY DELIVERED THREE DAYS EARLY! MY VEHICLE ARRIVED DIRTY AS EXPECTED FROM BEING ON AN OPEN TRAILER HOWEVER THERE WAS NO VISIBLE DAMAGE OR SCRATCHES. HEATHER CALLED ME TO FOLLOW UP ON THE DELIVERY OF MY VEHICLE. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT RED CARPET. SIMPLY PUT, I WOULD HIRE RED CARPET AGAIN! THANK YOU HEATHER FOR YOUR WONDERFUL JOB.

heather@redcarpetautotransport.com - 623-249-6288 - Brian, thank you for such a nice review! I talk to so many people that are skeptical at first and I don't blame them! It is reviews like yours that help customers see that I am not trying to trick them into doing business with me. I will not make them promises that cannot be fulfilled. Unfortunately there are a lot of companies out there that are willing to make any promise just to get the business. I understand that your need for shipping was an unusual one, but if you ever need to ship a car again you know where to find me!!
