We needed to transport a car from Texas to Illinois. So I went on transportreviews.com to educate myself. Once I said I wanted a quote, I received a flood of emails & telephone calls. Everyone seemed nice, pricing was pretty similiar, everyone promised almost everything.
Who do you choose?
When I spoke to Summer Cooper at Red Carpet Auto Transport I felt there was something more than just a salesman trying to sell their services to transport our car, she wasn't reading from a script.
Long story short...the whole experience was perfect! (Order # 5057173)
The car was picked on time, the driver made great time & called to ask if he could arrive the next evening otherwise he would be here the next morning (the time that he had anticipated arriving)
It worked out great & we got our car early...so much nicer than excuses why it's late.
The communication was awesome from both Summer & Peter the driver.
I'm deleting the other auto tranporters emails & telephone numbers & keeping Summer's.
