Denise was particularly, extra-ordinarily, friendly and her service was great. I work at a customer service job myself and I would say it would be nice to have co-workers like Denise working side by side. The company itself, not sure, for she was the only person who I spoke with and she was the only one that handle everything for me. A great experience indeed doing business with this person. If I had found this company before my last two shipments prior to this one and the person who stand behind this company (Denise), I would of not had to wait so long and my wallet at that time wouldn't had been so dry.

However, one thing I did notice and dispise a little was how the truck driver for the company who had shipped my truck unload the vehicles. I was shocked! As he unloaded the vehicles from the ramp to get to mine, he reved on the other cars engine so hard and backed up the vehicles so carelessly I seriously thought this guy was going to break something. However, when he got to mine, he seemed to lighten up on the gas pedal - for I was there watching him unload the other vehicles. I DO NOT BLAME RED CARPET FOR THIS! (sorry, cap-locks, but I need to get this point through). I also didn't want to put this on the review, but I just thought people should know what I saw, for you might see something "wrong" not at the moment but later and think, "when did that happen."

Thanks Red Carpet and above all Denise for your great service. I will return when I need a future transport service.
