Red carpet was amazing. Heather was very professional as well as the company. She was attentive to my calls and emails. She always had updates for me and was very polite and honest. The price of the travel was amazing. Very reasonable price. The car was picked up and dropped off on time. Any questions I had for heather she answered them for me. She made me feel really comfortable with my car being picked up and dropped off. The carrier was very polite and helpful. He was very convinent and always answered my calls and if not I would leave a message and he would return my call. Another cool thing was he also texted me. The time he gave me on dropping my car off was on time. Heather made it very clear to me on how the insurance worked. She always stayed positive through out my finding a carrier. Which made me feel comfortable and stress free. Heather was very friendly and is awesome. At first I didn't really understand how the whole processed worked but heather explained it to me to where I had more knowledge of what was going to be done. I wouldn't second guess on red carpet. I would use them again anytime. Thank you so much red carpet for making my move happen.
