I was so very impressed with the service that I received from Red Carpet Auto transport. They made something that seemed very difficult into a very easy experience! It was fast, prompt and simple thanks to help from Heather Richardson. Once I had made the decision to ship my car, it was a simple matter of a phone call to Heather. She dealt wtih me the entire time and made things easy to understand and the process was seamless. Soon after my call to her, the car had a transport arrangement and we were on our way! It was quick and easy. The car arrived in exactly the number of days they told me it would, in perfect condition. The driver was helpful and professional and polite. The delivery went flawlessly. On both pick up and delivery we had to meet in locations other than home due to accessability and that was no problem either. They met my needs over my expectations, and I would definitely ship my car with them again in the future with no hesitations. I will recommend them to my friends. I was delighted with the service that I received!
