My experience with Cheryl and Red Carpet Auto Transport was excellent. She communicated everything very well, and was available to answer all my questions and address my concerns. After I agreed to go with Red Carpet, my vehicle was posted for pickup. A company offered to take the vehicle the next day, but they wanted extra money. Cheryl called and told me this - and I said I'd prefer to wait and stick with the original quote of $636. She offered to pay the extra amount requested by the trucking company out of her own commission on the sale! Very nice and that's what we did! Although, I will not be receiving my $30 rebate - but was advised of that before we agreed on proceeding with the trucking company. The vehicle was delivered in record time in my opinion...picked up Friday morning and delivered to me at 7:30am Sunday morning! Over 850 miles away. Through a snow storm. And the vehicle was very clean too and in perfect condition. I would strongly recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport and Cheryl. They did a great job! Finally, they did NOT charge me the broker fee UNTIL the car was actually picked up and on the truck to be delivered - which not all companies do! That was the deciding factor that made me choose Red Carpet over the other I was considering, and I'm very glad I did!
