Overall, I am satisfied with Red Carpet Auto Transport. Julie Kenyon is super helpful and responsive. She returned my call as soon as possible and very courteous.

However, my pickup and delivery were late both way and the driver was not very responsive. I had to leave a number of messages just to get an update, but it was a great relief to finally get my car back with not too bad delay.
