My overall experience was great. This was the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle. Never mind across the whole country. It was shipped from Ma. to Ca.
After trying to go through another Co. without success, I found Red Carpet Auto and was contacted by Heather. Heather was more than Helpful. Not only was I running out of time to get my Truck fixed. I had a plane ticket in three days and needed my Truck shipped ASAP. Within two Days, Heather found me a Shipper. It was an Open Carrier so obviously it arrived a little dirty, but everything else went really smooth. I couldn't be happier. Def. contact Heather if you need a vehicle shipped. I will be using Red Carpet Auto again.
