I spent a few days shopping around for a company to ship my 1965 Chevy van halfway across the country. After finding transportreviews.com it was much easier to decide which company to go with. Before visiting the site, I had talked to a few companies that had really low bids. I thought that I would be getting a deal. When I looked up their ratings, I was alarmed at how poor their service was rated and how bad some people had been treated. So at that point I set out to find the combination of good service rating and fair price. I put in a request to get bids from multiple companies. I was literally bombarded by callers hounding me to use their service. I would get many calls and voicemails daily from companies, but when I got a call from Amber Washington, it sounded different. On the phone, she didn't sound rushed or like she was in a call center just looking to close the deal(as the other did). So, going with my gut feeling and emboldened by the 5-star rating Amber and Red Carpet Auto Transport had received, I booked with RCAT. This was my first time shipping a vehicle and I had a lot of questions. Amber was very patient with me and walked me through everything I would need to do, sign and pay for. She was very responsive via email and phone even after she had my sale. Overall, Amber was very helpful and courteous to a auto shipping newbie. I would definitely use her service again.
