The process of moving your car is stressful and worrisome. However, with Heather at Red Carpet Auto, my fears were put at ease. She was friendly, professional and honest with me from the start. She told me that it would likely take up to seven days to find a carrier to Albuquerque, since it wasn't a common destination, and she was right. But within that time window, she gave me a call and they had a driver for my car. That kind of honest communication is essential at putting your worries to rest. Heather was also very quick to provide me with the needed invoices and was simply a delight to speak to on the phone. My husband will be moving his car within a few months and I can guarantee that we will be giving Heather a call. I also want to mention that both the driving company and the driver that hulled my car were also fantastic. I realize that is sort of luck of the draw, but Morris and Brian were friendly, incredibly professional and just nice people. Thanks for turning a very stressful process into a positive experience.
