I just feel this whole business is dirty. First, Tony seemed all professional and nice to get my business and promised to beat a competitor's price. I went in with his price quote and then later he gave me some story that he had to raise my original price quote. I was in a bind and leaving town, so it was too late for me to find another mover in such a short time. Then my cars (2) were in limbo for a WHOLE week stuck in Phoenix! Supposedly the truck had broken down but when I called the repair shop, there was no evidence of such a truck being there! I was definitely stressed during that move. I feel Tony and the driver were collaborating on the story. I will definitely not use Tony's shady service again. Let's see if I'll get my promised rebate.

Shady is one thing our company does not represent. You can simply read through our reviews for proof of that. As far as me and the driver collaborating on the delay in delivering your vehicles, that's just not the case. We even paid $150 out of our pocket to get this job accomplished and the driver was still only 1-2 days late. You seemed grateful that I worked so hard to overcome the fact the truck was broken down and I'm shocked at this review. Just goes to show, you can't make everyone happy.
