The service provided by Robyn Hall from Red Carpet was outstanding. She knew I was anxious to get the car moving yet there weren't alot of cars heading to the west coast at the time. Robyn did everything in her power to expedite matters and did a fabulous job. I would definitely recommend Red Carpet Auto Transport and would certainly use them again in the future. The driver arrived to pick up the car several hours later than anticipated as there was an accident and other pick-up issues that caused a delay, but he was very good about calling and keeping me posted. The car arrived in Reno exactly when he said it would and my daughter was kept informed along the way as to its whereabouts.
