Very pleased with the overall service. Amber was always available when I need to contact her. She worked hard to obtain a very limited pickup date I had given her. I will absolutely use Red Carpet again and expect to contact Amber.

The driver Eric was also very professional and maintained good communication at both ends of the trip. Eric's truck was very clean and in excellent shape. Appeared to be very safe and following all required transportation guidelines.
