Red Carpet's initial proposal was straight forward and clear. Nothing is guaranteed, but that is understandable when you are transporting a vehicle 3,000 miles. This was a big move for me and schedule was very important. Tony and the other folks at Red Carpet were very sensitive to this, but they were also very clear on helping me understand stuff happens that is out of there control. And of course it did! I called a day before the scheduled pickup and found out that the trucking company had mechanical problems and was running behind schedule. Red Carpet did well in keeping me informed and passing on new information to the driver. My vehicle was finally picked up on the Sunday following the Wednesday of the schedule date thanks to the help of my neighbor. It is great to have good friends. My vehicle made it to Tucson about 10 days later in good shape and Marc the owner operator was polite and courteous throughout. Thanks to the folks at Red Carpet and Smooth Operator Trucking for following through.
