Amber was very helpful. I was driving cross country and the car was shipped in advance. I met the car at final destination. If I had to ship another car, I would use this service again.

My goal is to provide 5 Star service and if you ever need another shipment I will be sure to definitely do that for you. I am a bit confused though for the low rating in the Promptness category.
