I submitted a request via the internet, and Red Carpet seemed more flexible and eager for my business. Dee Dee was very good and answering my questions and setting up everything. Once I gave the go ahead, a carrier committed to my trip. Dee Dee kept me posted throughout the process. I had one point ofconflict. The carrier would not provide door to door service. Rather, the carrier required me to come get the car 7 miles from the house. It wasn't an enormous problem, but having been told that it would be delivered to our home, and then not having that happen in my mind was falling below the expectation. Queen Express was carrier. Other than that, everything went fine.
