We needed to move my sons truck from 29Palms, CA to Texas. He is in the USMC and deployed overseas. He was unable to get his truck to Texas before leaving as it was inoperable. After doing much research and getting numerous quotes , I called Red Carpet. I spoke to Amber Washington. She knew how nervous I was because we are in TX and the truck was in CA in a storage facility loaded with all my sons belongings. Amber was very knowledgable and I immediately felt comfortable with her and trusted her to take care of us! It wasn't easy because it was a "unpopular route" and it took about three weeks to find a driver. She kept me updated twice a week until the truck was picked up. She also had to get driver & storage manager to work together to get the truck moved. Once the truck was picked up everything went smoothly and the truck arrived in Texas earlier than expected and undamaged. Amber and Red Carpet made a nerve-racking experience much easier....highly recommend using this company.
