I submitted an online request to have my car shipped and received as many as ten replies from companies all promising competitive pricing and outstanding customer service. However, as I sifted through each, while also researching reviews online, I discovered that most were unreliable in one way or another, whether suspect service, upfront charges, or delayed delivery. Really only Red Carpet stood out. They gave a competitive quote, didn't require an upfront fee until the vehicle was picked up, and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire shipping process. They had prompt and friendly customer service and if the need arises, I would choose Red Carpet without hesitation
