I needed to transport my car during a very busy time of year, and after trying to contact companies who sent me dozens of automated calls per week, I saw consistently strong reviews for Red Carpet Auto Transport and asked for a bid from them. Not only did it come in as one of the lowest, but working with Tony and the staff was an excellent experience. I never talked to a machine, and if Tony was ever unavailable I would receive a callback immediately. I got a very shady vibe from a lot of the transport companies, but Red Carpet was always friendly and easily reached.

My car was picked up 2 days after the earliest available pick-up date, and the driver ended up requesting more money than was originally scheduled. Instead of taking the extra financial hit myself, Red Carpet reduced my deposit so that I still paid the same amount we agreed upon, which was MUCH appreciated!

My car arrived a day early, and having kept in contact with Tony I was able to follow its progress reasonably closely. The driver was flexible with my drop-off location, pleasant, professional, and extremely careful with all of the vehicles. If he is indicative of the drivers Red Carpet hires, I would undoubtedly trust them to find someone to move my cars again should the need arise. Thanks for everything!
